This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery, or until the machine has sorted two million cards—whichever comes first.
Please note: shipping costs related to warranty service are not included in this coverage.
For customers who want even more peace of mind, the warranty may be renewed beyond the standard term as it expires. These plans extend protection and ensure long-term confidence in your investment. Contact our team to learn more about the options available.
Alternatively, any necessary parts, up to and including an exchange of the entire machine, may be purchased separately.
